About Us

Pristinely Cleaned Properties is a locally owned and operated family business. Rebecca Figueroa, owner and manager, grew up in Sarasota and graduated from USF in Tampa. She spent a decade as an educator in Pasco and Manatee Counties, refining her organizational skills and attention to detail. She believes in the importance of a tidy, neat, and clean environment which is why she founded Pristinely Cleaned Properties. She is joined by her husband, Alex, who provides moral support and her brother-n-law, Rafael, who also demonstrates perfection in his work. It is an honor for us to create clean homes and workspaces for our local community.
